Tech Guides

A few quick checks can make a tech problem much easier to explain. These steps are a useful starting point before arranging help.

Weak or unreliable WiFi

  • Check whether the problem affects one device or several.
  • Try the same device near the router, then in the room where the connection fails.
  • Note which lights are showing on the router and whether the connection has stopped completely or is simply slow.
  • Send the router model, your provider and the rooms or terrace that need coverage. Avoid a factory reset unless you have the settings needed to reconnect.

TV, streaming or sound problems

Write down the TV model, any connected streaming box or soundbar and the app involved. Check the selected HDMI input and try another app. A photo of the on-screen error and cable connections often helps more than a long description. Keep account passwords private.

Planning a TV installation

Send the screen size or model, a photo of the intended wall and details of any bracket you already have. Mention sockets, desired cable routing and connected devices. Wall type and fixing suitability need checking before drilling; a photo alone cannot confirm what is inside the wall.

TV mounting and setup

CarPlay and Android Auto

Before buying a screen or head unit, send the car make, model, year and a photo of the current radio. Mention factory cameras, steering-wheel buttons and any premium audio system. These details help establish which adapters and functions may be compatible.

Send the useful details

Your town, a short description, equipment models and up to three photos are enough to start. Send a contact request or use the Dutch, Spanish or German form.
